Convenient location near bus stop and local bars. Room with excellent view, comfortable bed and clean modern bathroom. the hotel provides good service and facilities, including a gym, sauna, and bar. the breakfast is satisfactory, and lunch and dinner options are available in-house or nearby.

Limited English proficiency among some staff members leading to communication difficulties for some guests.

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which made our experience even better. The location was also perfect for skiing since it was close to the ski area and the skibus was free. the view from our room was beautiful which made waking up in the morning special.

Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was not the best we have had during our travels and had limited options.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Transportation was convenient as the bus stop was right next to the hotel, and I didn't have to worry about parking. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was obliging and warm. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was above Italian standards.

Nice staff and good meals. Friendly staff and good meals. The staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The meals were also good, especially the dinner where we had a choice of three different starters and three main dishes to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was conveniently close to a free ski bus service, which was great.

Poor room facilities and bad communication. Poor room facilities and bad communication. The room facilities were really disappointing. The gym was tiny and the sauna was not working. Moreover, there was a big communication problem as the staff failed to speak proper English, which made it difficult to communicate. It was really frustrating that the receptionist always tried to communicate in Italian even though we had a hard time understanding her. it was not a great experience staying at the hotel.
